A Large English Mid 20thC approximately 60-70 years old cast stone classical model of the Townley “The Discobolus” of Myron this life size representation of the famous Greek Statue is presented in very good condition some minor chips to the plinth it’s made from finely cast museum quality cast stone and is designed to be used outdoors but could sit happily in an interior setting the statue has some light weathering giving it a mellow patina and graced the pool area of an English Country House
