A Rare pair of beautifully eccentric early 20thC English Country House Folly / Grotto Lanterns. The Hexagonal frames formed from hand wrought iron with barley twist detailing estate made in the blacksmiths work shop. The lanterns are glazed in Cobalt Blue, Emerald Green and Golden Amber patterned and textured glass each lantern has a single glazed door for access to bulbs / candles although designed to be hung the stand steadily on a flat surface
